Deposits are non-refundable. If a hunt must be cancelled for any reason, a refund of 50% will be issued if the hunt has been paid in full and cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be issued for hunts that have not been paid in full or cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunter leaves before the conclusion of the hunt or if they fail to arrive on prearranged dates. We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event you are unable to make your trip due to work, injury, illness or death. Refunds are not granted for weather delays, season closures.
